叉烧糯米饭+麻糍

某天看到Miss Choong弄的叉烧糯米饭就一直在我脑子里出现!! 终于等到烤叉烧当晚餐,便留了一块下来弄了这道馋了我很久的小吃!!味道不错,但少了炸米粉的味道还是什么的!!谁家有这道食谱可以分享呢??

天气好时,孩子们都在后院玩。而我也无所事事的,便弄了这道从Mikiko家拿来的食谱让孩子们当下午茶!(通常都是姐姐弄的)家里还好有花生,但都得自己剥壳,炒花生到弄掉那些衣!! 蛮费时的!!但看到孩子们吃得开心,什么麻烦的步骤都抛诸脑后!!

谢谢mikiko的分享!! 糖和花生碎的比例我放了1:1,好像有点甜,下次要多放花生!!

OMG, is that mochi? I LOVE mochi... and I miss the mochi I used to get in my hometown, Ipoh. I have tried to make this myself but it did not turn out right:(
