Another Episode....

哎。。什么时候才能结束??!!

在家养病多时的老公昨天上班了,第一天上班便得train一个新人,昨晚没有回来!!今天想着工作完毕便会乘坐火车回来。约11点多左右老公来电说他的crohn又flare up痛到他不能隐藏脸上的痛楚而躺在车里休息。而我就考虑怎么安排孩子们然后立刻上去把他接回来。。。。1点钟后当老公决定还是自行坐火车回来,我还是照常的打算把孩子们带去给姐姐!!过了不久后又接到老公的电话,这通电话把我吓坏了。。那头的老公说到达了火车站,可是同事打着电话call救伤车要把他送进医院去因为那头的他痛到连右手都僵硬了,左手也开始麻痹!!(听到这,第一个想到的是“中风”!!)当时的我给急坏了,不懂该怎么办,医院不是在附近而是远在2个小时车程的地方!! 不管3721就忙打电话给家婆,妈妈等希望他们帮忙祈祷,上香等!!

半个小时后,医院打来的电话告知我一切还好,做了Stroke的检查,还好不是!!!是老公每回疼痛时(他形容说好像我们contraction那样的痛)他都憋气的,导致没有氧气所以手麻痹/僵硬!!在医院的数小时,打了止痛药效为缓慢了可是药力一过痛又到回来了!!我们坚持他回家,毕竟医院很多病菌不宜久留!!(因为humira的针得避免)现在老公还在回家途中,还好小姑不介意上去把他接回来。孩子们也想念爸爸两天了,Éimhear看到我哭一直问我什么事!!只好告诉她老公的情况,她哭着说要打电话给爸爸,要跟他说爱他和早日康复!! (这两天她们都自己更衣,姐姐负责帮妹妹们放牙膏,刷牙,上床睡觉。她们长大了!!没有爸爸在,妈妈又得抱着弟弟,她们都会尝试自己做,做不到就请我帮忙!!)

最近最常挂嘴边的是:“Mummy/daddy really need your help,can you do this/that please!!"

我这几天都在查询炎症的资料, 因为我最近关节痛。 刚刚上网看了, 觉得Ted的病也是炎症引起的吧。

我是在研究一些引起炎症的食物, 所以应该不要吃如以下:

Dairy product like milk, eggs, wheat..

Red meat like beef especially, lamb, pork...

alcohol, coffee.

food high carbohydrate like potato,

processed food like sausage, bacon..

refine sugar like white sugar

下面是我在一个文章拿来的:
Foods Cause the Most Inflammation

Everyone is unique and this is why it is advisable for individuals to rule out which food causes inflammation in their body. Foods that are high in carbohydrates, saturated fats and trans fats are the types of food that makes the body susceptible to inflammation. There is also an increased risk for individuals who lack protein and fiber in their regular diet.


Foods that are high in simple sugars have a high glycemic index (GI). These foods are directly linked to the development of inflammation in the body and they aggravate the symptoms of inflammation. Examples of high (GI) foods are white rice, sweet foods, junk foods and snacks such as pretzels, potato chips and popcorn, refined white flour, gluten-containing grains, corn syrups, regular pasta, sweetened cereals, pastries such as cakes, donuts, muffins and pies, and fast food. Soda and alcoholic beverages, most especially beers, also have a high sugar intake and should be eliminated from the diet.


Foods that are high in LDL cholesterol, trans fats and saturated fats must also be avoided to decrease the risk for inflammation. Foods high in trans fats and saturated fats are butter, cocoa butter, cream, cheese, whole milk, other full fat dairy products, egg yolks, coconut oil, palm kernel oil, palm oil, corn oil, cottonseed oil, margarine, shortening, lard and hydrogenated oils. Consumption of red meats such as beef, pork and lamb, fried and canned meats, bacon, and organ meats should also be reduced.


There are also certain fruits and vegetables that need to be avoided. These are called the nightshade vegetables. Examples of nightshade vegetables are tomatoes, eggplants, cayenne, paprika, peppers and white potatoes.

Ted is doing fine at the moment, the pain has eased off not as bad as on last Wed., hopefully he will get better soon!!!
